Returns and Exchanges

If your dog doesn't like their gear, or if they need a different size or color, we have a 30-day return & exchange policy. Items must be returned in new condition. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery.

All returned items must be in new condition. Items with visible use, dirt, or pet hair are not eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

If you received a defective product, please email us at info@buddynbeasts.com with your order details and photos of the defect. We’ll provide further instructions.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. We will email you once your refund or exchange has been completed.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.
