Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product when used as intended. This ensures the quality of our products meets your expectations for years to come.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by chewing, misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party sources are also not covered.

• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and the defect

Once we receive this information, we’ll guide you through the process of receiving a replacement or credit.

Warranty claims are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving all required information. Once approved, we’ll send out your replacement or issue credit promptly.
