How does my purchase help dogs in need?
Every item sold at Buddy N Beast contributes to a noble cause. For each purchase made, we provide assistance to feed a dog in need, thereby supporting animal welfare initiatives. This means that your choice of apparel not only enhances your wardrobe but also makes a positive impact on the lives of dogs.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How long does shipping take?
Packages are processed within two days of order confirmation. The shipping time will vary based on the shipping rate selected at checkout. Customers can expect their orders to arrive within the timeframe specified during the shipping selection process.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are not directly facilitated. The most efficient way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you receive the correct product promptly.

Upon receiving your order, it is advisable to inspect the items immediately. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
